Frequently Asked Questions

How much is the entry?

Entry to the event is by donation and we kindly encourage a gold coin contribution. For your convenience, an EFTPOS machine will also be available for donations. Every contribution, no matter the amount, helps us continue to organise and support events that celebrate cultural diversity. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and makes a real difference!

What time is the performance?

The event program, including performance timings, will be revealed soon. Stay tuned for our official event schedule, which will provide all the exciting details.

Is there an ATM at the venue?

We recommend bringing cash to the event, as some vendors may only accept cash payments. However, a few vendors might have EFTPOS machine services. Additionally, a few vendors may offer direct bank transfer options for your convenience.

Can I bring my own drinks (BYO)?

While you won't be able to bring your own alcohol, we do have a water filter station available for refilling your water bottle. Alternatively, you can explore the diverse and delicious drink options available at the event.

Where can I park my car?

In line with our mission to promote sustainability, we encourage attendees to walk, bike, or use public transport to get to the event. We’re collaborating with the Lightfoot Initiative to provide dedicated bike parking for your convenience. Stay tuned for updates on our Facebook page regarding parking options and other event details. Thank you for supporting our efforts to reduce the event’s carbon footprint!

What if I forget to bring my own cutlery or utensils?

Not to worry! We have the reusable plates, cups and utensils from DISHrupt, a sustainable initiative by Sustainable Queenstown.
